Number of rings before answerphone

Can anyone help me?
My friend has a 635 but it only gives two rings before it goes to answerphone. Why is it doing this? (My 930 rings six times before it does so). We can't find a way of changing this.

The length is set by the carrier not by the phone. You need to look at your carriers help pages, usually its a simple command to extend the number of seconds.
For example, for my carrier I have to send (call) the following to have a 20 second (four rings) delay: **61*443*10*20#

What carrier/country, someone may be able to help.
