October 2018 Update Zip Issue

Hi

I've just clean installed the October 2018 Update.

I'm experiencing issues with notifications disappearing in Action Centre and Notepad's Word Wrap doesn't work with previously created Notepad text files.

Frustrating as these issues are, I'm more interested to find out if a fix has been pushed for the Zip file confirmation issue. I read that a fix had been pushed to insiders, but I'm not sure if it has been made available generally. If so, how can I tell?

Yes, the zip extract prompt issue was fixed in cumulative update KB4467708 (Build 17763.134) on Nov.13
