Things are getting better all the time but as of build 10080, the Office apps do not support SharePoint on-premise.
I have all my documents stored in a private SharePoint 2013 server. My Windows 10 PC gets to them just fine using OneDrive for Business which came with Office 2013. The universal Office apps can open them.
On my phone, I see the documents listed under Recent, but they can't be opened. I hope this will be fixed soon, it's just about the only thing keeping Windows 10 off of my primary phone.
