Yeah, you can still download the XAP through the WP website, but when you actually try to sideload it, it says its either invalid or that you don't have permission to use it (unless you DO have permission).
 
If I swooped in saying I successfully installed it... I wonder how many of you would believe me :P
 
To be honest, I was posting it as an april fools joke, but this anti-april fool jokes seems plausible now :p

I just figured it was fake because of the fake logo

Fair enough. But it does look like they metrofied the logo. Like what is happened to whatsapp etc

I will feel so dumb if i fall for my own joke, and tomorrow it gets revealed it was an april fools joke

If this is real, then that means that they paid Sarper (or asked for his input) to help with the design and UI of the app, and if they are going that far to make it Metro, certainly they would invest the time to make the logo match as well, right? So a Metro-fied logo makes sense.

Honestly, this would be a pretty terrible joke. Not because its a bad joke itself, but because it would just hit people so hard in a "this is not funny" kinda way. Its probably THE most wanted app on any platform really. I know a lot of people who would kill for this app.

The description is actually the same on Google Play and on the App Store. Just with some words changed for their respective platforms. So it would make sense that it would be a mostly copy-paste job from the official apps on the other platforms, with some WP wording thrown in.
