I honestly don't understand instagram...the windows phone community has participated in petitions, used 2instawithlove, we obviously want and will support this app, why the hell can we not have it? Hell at this point I'll even take an android port. Absolutely no reason for this, just ignorance on instagrams behalf

In June when oggl launches. Stephen Elop tweeted a link talking about it. It posts to many accounts, including instagram. Although not an official instagram app, it will be free.

Don't think it's free though as it appears to come with a subscription fee. I'm not sure what functionality is covered by this though.

Oggl itself will be free. It's the filters & "gear" that you'd pay for, if you choose. Kind of a freemium app. So you can dl the app & post for free. But it's still just a small solution. What we really need is an official Instagram app.
