Offline Listening Problem

Hi everyone, I just purchased a one year xbox music pass and having problems when I download tracks for offline listening. First off, I changed the path where xbox subscription download tracks go to (now I have it directed to my SD card). I began downloading and all the tracks were present in my new xbox music subscription folder and I figured I was ok. Once I was on the train and "offline" xbox music app said i could not play the tracks. Has anyone ran into this problem? Is it because I changed the folder path?

Any help or advice regarding offline listening would be awesome.

Thanks!

Edit* running on Surface 2 8.1

It does sound like there's some sort of bug where the offline mode reverts to the default saved place. That or you've not actually successfully saved the content to your SD card - I've had that in some apps where it looks like the content has downloaded locally and then I try to play them without any data connections and in reality it won't play because the content isn't downloaded. Had that on the Spotify app, so you might get that problem on the Xbox Music app.

First thing to try is to see if it works after you move the location back to default and see if that works. If not, report back here and we'll try to help you further.
