Offline store installations

Before the new updates for the store.windows.com I used to be able to download apps, then move them to an SD card then install them like a boss B|

Now that feature seems to be unavailable :/

how can I get apps to install them offline for my phone ?


EDIT: this is the URL for the store and I cant find one specific for wp 8.1 or w10 Mobile.

You can deploy apps offline on your phone via USB and PC. Find on the internet about WP8.1 app deployment and where to download xap files to deploy. Hope it helps.
