Cortana.. Ok google is total crap.. Very few options.. Doesn't always get what you are saying.. Cortana is quick, witty, responsive and most importantly, it looks like a personal assistant when you use it..

That's not true. I've never once had a problem with Google Now understanding me, and I get way, way more voice reply answers with Google Now than I do with Cortana. On most queries, Cortana comes back with a web search instead of speaking to me.
I've used both, and I really don't see much difference in them.
However, I never use the voice features. I use my interests in Cortana to track my sports scores and the weather. I use the cards in Google Now for the same thing.
Having used both, I have to say Google Now is better with their "cards". I just seem to get better info and info Cortana doesn't offer, especially the location based info. I think Google Now cards actually look a little better too... I like them both though. I don't think Cortana is too far behind in that aspect.
I don't use voice stuff. Well... Except voice to text with my smart watch (Moto 360). It's pretty accurate, I've only had a couple errors. Less than I assumed!
I've used Cortana, Google Now and Siri regularly over long periods of time and I'd rate Google Now ahead of Cortana, not by much but both well ahead of Siri. One area for me where Cortana wins hands down is location/time based reminders. Siri does those well but Cortana does them perfectly and constantly.
