On Black Firmware should I wait for Cyan or get Update 1?

I am running 8.1 dev preview a 925 with t-mobile. Should I wait for the Cyan update (I'm assuming T-Mobile is taking longer because of the wifi calling) before going with the 8.1.1? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
