On-Demand Sync

Hey Guys,

So back in the fall it was mentioned that placeholder files would come back with a feature called On-Demand Sync. Did anything come of this? I got the Creator's Update, which I thought was including this feature and no dice.

Maybe I missed something about it not being included.
