On my Windows 10 I have selected PIN for login method but it still asks for password. How do I get it to set to a PIN?

Windows 10... I have selected PIN for login method, but it still asks for password.

Windows 10 latest build, all updates applied as of 2-16-2015.

Try removing your account from the install, then re-adding it. Also make sure you have a good network connection. Somehow, the server doesn't believe who you say you are.
