One drive sync issues

I notice that every time I try and save a file on my surface rt in my one drive folder, it doesn't show in my one drive folders on my other devices. I have logged in and out plenty of times on all devices nothing seems to work. How can I get my files to sync again.

Can you confirm that you are not seeing the file on OneDrive.com please? ++ make sure syncing isn't paused...
