Voice dialling
When I am in my car and tap my Bluetooth, to make a call, all I get is silence. I have no real idea whether or not the phone is ready. Yes, it displays it, on the phone, but I'm driving, I'm not supposed to be looking at it and it's in my pocket, anyway.
Even my old dumb phones used to prompt me by saying "enter a command". Then I knew they were ready.
And while I'm at it, they also used to allow me to call a number rather than just a contact. Kind of basic stuff.
Come on, MS, I know you are new to the phone business, but........
