OneDrive shows wrong "Date Taken" for video uploads

I noticed recently that the "Date Taken" field is wrong for videos (but not photos). Whether they're auto-uploaded to the Camera Roll or manually uploaded, all of the videos I take with my phone show the wrong time/date just in the "Date Taken" field. The file name reflects the correct information, but maybe something is happening when the video goes through the OneDrive servers. In this example photo, you can see that for the video file the Date Taken time (underlined in red) is 9 hours ahead of when I actually recorded the video. There is no such problem for a photo taken one minute earlier (see the Info pane on the right)- the Date Taken time aligns correctly with the file name, and both reflect the time actually snapped the photo. This is driving me crazy.
