OneDrive space still at 15 Gb

I didn't opt in to keep my 15 Gb of storage as I only found out about the change to 5 Gb in February. however the storage space is still 15 Gb. did Microsoft decide to let all uses keep their storage or it's it that the change didn't happen yet? should I expect a drop in storage space?

pretty sure the opt in expired, but the changes haven't happened yet.
