Onedrive - Sync from PC to Onedrive

Hi all... I must be missing something here. My main interest in Onedrive is backing up user profile folders. All the language I see in Onedrive is sync from Onedrive to PC. How do I configure to automatically sync PC profile folder changes up to Onedrive?
