OneNote 2013 and the Pen

If you set up OneNote 2013 as the default to open up OneNote files when you press the Surface Pen, it launches OneNote 2013 in Desktop.

The only bad thing is that it doesn't launch from the lock screen. You have to log in first.

Isn't there a modern UI version of OneNote in the store? I guess it has less features, but it should be ok for quick notes.

Yes there is, but the Desktop version has many, many features.
