OneNote Error "Can't open Link"

Sometimes when I try to open a link in OneNote on my Lumina 928 - Black, I get error "Can't Open Link". It says Opening at the top the dots run across showing it is working, but I have to click OK and close.

These are links in pages in OneNote created on another device and synced to OneDrive. Usually they link to another page in OneNote. The links work fine on the other devices. It happens if I access them through OneNote App or OneDrive App. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you..
