OneNote in Win10 phone?

Cannot open OneNote or notes on 10TP updated L920. Same fate as Office? I cannot find a clear discussion of this problem on forum.

Because the problem is the Win 10 TP is waiting on a build that comes with the new mobile Office apps. Currently Office isn't on WP10.
