Open links in background

I recently saw a new feature on iOS5 that looks really handy and I am wondering if WP has a similar feature. Safari allows you to open links in background rather than a new window so you can keep reading and then goto the other pages afterward. Can the WP browser do that?

Just click open in new tab then tap the back button when you finish reading go to tabs on the three dot menu and read the other tab

Thats how it used to work in iOS too. Sometimes that can be a pain if you want to open multiple links from the same page... like from wikipedia or imbd for example.

It's more of a pain now that they moved the Tabs button off of the bottom and into the menu.
