Windows Central Question

Hello,
after may update:
"open volume mixer" has been replaced with "open sound settings" in windows 10 may 2019. I use a lot right clicking on volume icon then accessing volume mixer from top of the list menu popup, but after the last update this has been droped on 2nd place in menu list and it's freaking useless and annoying and useless!!! Way to FIX IT ASAP?

I right-click the volume icon and get the following options:

Open Sound Settings
Open Volume Mixer
Speaker setup (stereo)
Troubleshoot sound problems

So I have the same options as before, running Windows 10 version 1903 (Build 18362.145) so, with the May update it's still the same for me? Can we have a screenshot?

And i want it back on top, is not practical at all, i got used to right click on volume icon and then right under the mixer to adjust different programs volume ... now it's a clusterfk annoying as hell! Why i would want settings page to open... useless, so how can replace the menu list commands is there a way?

Unfortunately if it changed after an MS update then it was their design change and the only way to go back to the old design you like is to use that older versions of Windows.
