Organize OneNote

Am I missing something? Is there anyway to organize notes on your phone? Why can't I put them in the folder I want when I create them, instead of in unfiled notes?

I guess the assumption is that they are in a folder called quick notes? I agree there's a lot missing with Cortana and notes. I tried so many different ways to show my notes, but it doesn't work. Tried to ask Cortana to add something to my grocery note, but it doesn't work. I can be missing something. If so, please share.
