OS Version won't upgrade from 8.10.12393.890

So there is a new update for the WP8.1 Dev Preview today, which is awesome but I my phone is telling me there are no updates. Also, another peculiar thing is that the OS version is 8.10.12393.890, which is a couple versions behind. Any reason why? I have a T-Mo Lumia 925.

I would wait for Cyan before checking for updates as there aren't any ground breaking changes in build 12400, looks like bug fixes and was probably rolled to address the bitlocker issue that some people are having when updating to Cyan.

According to this article, we may need to downgrade before updating to Cyan..

Right, I'm not concerned about missing out on any new features or anything. I've been staying pretty up-to-date on what's new! But I'm sure those updates would solve a few minor issues I do have with my phone.

Mostly I'm just wondering why I can't update. Any thoughts on why?

Build 12400 has been halted for now. As the roll out for cyan for those of us on developer preview has been halted.

I got Cyan more than a month ago but I?m still stuck on 12393.890...come on Microsoft!

I'm in the same boat .. (Nokia 1020)
I'm still suck on this old version and keep get the message "your phone is up to date" ?
I understand that different countries have different OS versions .. so why am I (In australia) not on v 8.10.4..... and why cant i get it ?
who do i contact ?

is there any other way to install it ?
