Others fold on photo hub?

Hi, I reseted my phone via NSU, and it come automatically with 8.1 and Lumia Cyan (lumia 720) . The problem is, the photos and videos I download on whatsapp is being saved in a new album called: Others. And I have no access to this album on my computer nor PhotoLock app. And the real whatsapp album still exist with the old files. Its possible to make it save on the original whatsapp album again?

I had that problem. When you connect your phone in the computer you can't see the other folder but its content is on WhatsApp folder. I don't know how to make it stop saving on this folder. I solved my problem with a soft reset directly on the phone.
