Out -of-the-Box Nokia Lumia 830. Cant hear people talking?

Ok, so, when i call someone or when they call me. they can hear me talking but i CANT hear them. When i switch to speaker phone, i can hear them. Solutions?

Solution: While it's still under warranty, take it either to the store where you bought it or to an accredited service center, together with the receipt as proof of purchase. Have them repair or replace it, since it looks like the earpiece of your L830 is defective.
