Outlook 2016 and 4K Monitors

I have 2X4K ASUS monitors connected to Surface pro 4 dock.

When I display Outlook 2016 on Surface Pro 4 display, no issues.

When I display Outlook 2016 on one of the external displays (ASUS 4K display), information is missing when I display plus it will not allow me to reply to emails.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting?

I do not have a solution, but am having the same problem using a dell xps 15 with a 27 inch dell ultrasharp 4k monitor. I have been modifying the settings on the nvidia graphics and on the integrated graphics, but that does not seem to help. If you figure it out, I would like to hear what the solution is and I will let you know if I figure it out.

I have same problem witha dell xps 15 and dell 4k external monitor. no problem with laptop monitor. It is mostly microsoft programs like outlook 2016, excel and one note that have the problem. I do not have the problem with a 2 year old dell m3800 that can also drive the 4 k monitor. Seems like a windows 10 or office 2016 problem.
