Outlook and Gmail accounts not syncing

My Gmail hasn't synched to my phone in two weeks and Outlook hasn't synched to my phone since Friday. Is anyone else having any similar issues?

syncing is working the way it should on my device , try to do a soft reset by holding volume down + lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboots itself (ignore the screen to power off the phone ).
