Outlook App for Win10 mobile icon saying I have an unread email, when I don't

Outlook is annoying me with the unread icon, even though I have already read everything. I have already deleted the email it has said that I have not read, and I have undeleted it. I then deleted everything, and it is still there. Then I unpinned it from the start screen. I have also restarted my phone multiple times. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Check updates in Store, there should be a new Outlook update

it's a bug affecting some people. If this was on pc, I would have suggested resetting mail app. But on phone....maybe remove the account and add it again?
