Outlook calendar notification

The calendar notifications don't show up on the lock screen. I tried soft reset but it didn't work. I hard reset my phone, birthday notifications worked fine for a while but as soon as the date changed the notifications again vanished. Was working fine on .164 till last week. Using a Lumia 830.

App was updated last night, check In Store , hamburgher tap, my downloads, updates

Maybe the app was updated, but STORE says ALREADY INSTALLED so won't update
