Outlook.com A MESS > I need to merge these seperated contacts! Help!

Google, it was smooth with a new feature to clean up and merge.

*BUT* using People in Outlook.com its all a mess again.

It says "clean up", but does not see the duplicates. I can have Jon Doe listed 10 times with the same number.

Any other options besides manually deleting hundreds of these?
