Outlook.com email real-time syncing not working

Hi,

I'm running a 1520 with DP and after the latest update, my Outlook.com email had stopped syncing in real time.

Sometimes it works, but most of the time emails appear 10-15 minutes after they were sent. Several will also suddenly appear after a manual sync.

Funny thing is that I've begun to notice the same issue from my desktop using Outlook 2013.

Any tips?
