Outlook e-mail integration and editing domain from setting

I am connecting to my office e-mail and syncing frequently. Everything was fine until the domain got changed. I tried to edit my existing e-mail setting to change domain but there was no way to edit "domain". Why is it so ? The only option available was to enter user name and password.

I tried different setting but couldn't edit domain. In the meantime, i tried to create new e-mail account with my e-mail id but since it was matching with old, that also didn't work. Finally i had to delete existing e-mail account and create a new one. Why is it so complicated ? Changing a domain in android takes less than 1 second.

Now, the new e-mail inbox seems to be empty probably because there is no new e-mail i received at the time of setting up or may be some other problem ??
 
Open the mailbox then go into settings. In settings go into Sync Settings, then select download email from and select how far back you want to go.
 
If i change sync setting to "past month" or "any time", my inbox is empty.

It shows :
Checking for New Messages ...
No messages ...

Status : E-mail is up to date
