Outlook for Android Contacts App rumors

I noticed that the Feedback Hub has Android People app feedback tagged as "we got this." Does anyone have any info on when/if this might actually be implemented?

Knowing MS it will take an absolute age, unless they change their minds and don't tell anyone. Here's hoping they follow through and make it happen. Lots of people need this.
