Outlook Notification on Lock Screen

Hey guys,

Have configured mails using 2 accounts. GMail and Outlook. But I do not get any notifications whenever a new mail arrives.
I have been using 950XL since Feb and only once the issue got resolved when the phone restarted.

I have not clubbed the Accounts. Please help me.

Make sure notifications are enabled and that you've put outlook as one of quick notifications on the lock screen, can't think of anything else :-/

Go to Outlook>>Account Settings>>...then select how frequently Outlook should download emails from server. If you select AS IT HAPPENS then a lot of battery will be wasted. See other discussion on that topic.
