Outlook stuck and Goes to Not responding

Hi, everyone I received tons fo email from different clients on my outlooks and its work fine but when I received email one of my Italian client my and my whole organization clients outlook stuck or go to not responding mode when we open this specific person email.

I have consulted and read many blogs but no luck please help me is there any code in this kind of email or anything that is disturbing us.
