If this phone (Lumia Icon) is paid for at full price from the Microsoft store - can it be used on pageplus with full functionality? Did a search with no results on this,..

I would give PagePlus a call. It makes sense that they would allow it if it's paid in full, but you never know. They might have a 6 month waiting period, who knows.
