I believe Bitlocker disk encryption is for Pro versions of Windows.

If you do have that, you can use that to encrypt drives.

Otherwise, there are some other solutions you could find, but I'm not sure what. I'd recommend a fork of TrueCrypt, but I don't remember the name...
