Path privacy issues

Hello everyone;

While I'm interested in trying out Path on my Lumia, I've read about the "Auto SMS and calls" problem that's surrounding it. I've read about the $800,000 fine that Path paid for storing the phone numbers of the minors, but also found newer articles about this issue [SMS and calls] on the web.

Can anyone here clarify out the story or share his/her recent experience with Path?

I don't think "Path" is released yet in the Windows Phone store. I have only heard that the developer is working on making an app.

I know. I'm just saying that if the issues exist, I won't download it when it becomes available.
