pattern lock

I have a verizon htc 8x phone. I was wondering If i could use a pattern lock instead of the pin for my security to get into my phone?

Yeah ! it will be good .. I have seen here in the forums an app "still in trials " that supports "pattern lock" already .. But i dnt knw its release in the store was delayed for some reason :/
