Paying with phone?

Is there a credit card that has the ability to PAY BY PHONE that works well on Windows 10 phones?

Neither one of my banks has that, although they have apps for depositing etc. etc. but not the NFC pay by phone thing.

I believe MS has to allow that and/or you would need a secured SIM (?) to do that.

I have a secured SIM to do that, but the problem here where I live ( Spain ) is Vodafone, because it hasn't the app to make it possible, only for Android.

My phone is the 930.

WM10 is designed to support tap to pay, but it needs someone to develop an app that's supported by at least one of the credit card providers. It's on Microsoft's list of coming attractions, but, AFAIK, no one has done it yet. The question is whether the user base is large enough to convince someone it's worth the investment.

Last I saw, only about a fifth of users with Apple Pay compatible phones actually use it, and the percentages are even lower for Android and Samsung pay. Take those percentages and apply them to the WM base, and you're not talking big numbers. (Personally, I use Apple Pay every chance I get, but mostly that comes down to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Merchant support is a big barrier.)
