PayPal app won't let me login

Is anyone having this problem with the PayPal app for windows phone 10?. I can logon when I'm on my pc, no problem. I tried reinstalling the app on my phone, but still didn't work?. I have a Lumia 640xl.

Same here, think its quite common, app not worked as far as log on goes for months.

I was unable to log in via Phone# + PIN method. Email + Password worked.

10586.164 and still the same conditions on 105896.218.

FWIW, my profile is 100% complete with PayPal.
