PC Build 14342(Slow Ring) Explorer crash

I'm on build 14342, explorer is crashing as soon as I sign into my PC, restarting via task manager also doesn't seems to work.

Unable to install the patch too! because Explorer.exe crashes as soon as I open settings, so can't able to install via windows update. Any solution for this?

I rolled back to previous build, this one didn't went well with my PC. Mods please close this topic.
