The problem is where the file goes. i.e. Mittelstand company makes a CNC machine, do you think they feel comfortable if they feel that some documents on US servers could be grabbed by the NSA and given to Haas?
Would you store your data in China? This is how this is viewed by Mittelstand companies, it just results in lost WP8 device sales.
