Pen Stopped Functioning After Display Driver Update

Since the display driver updated last night, my Pen does not function at all, except that it will call up Onenote and Cortana. It won't write, it won't act as a mouse cursor....nothing.

UPDATE: Ok I unpaired my Pen and then repaired it with Bluetooth. I then rebooted and the Pen is working. Surprisingly I'm also not getting the YouTube distortions now, but I'm not sure how that could be connected.
