People Tile broke in Outlook.com?

I keep getting a 404 error when I click on my People Tile while on Outlook.com. I am at work and use this to check my personal e-mail. Calendar, OneDrive, and other Office links work fine. Just the People tile seems dead.

I prefer to enter a bunch of e-mails this way, then sync with the phone.

Anyone know why?
