Perm Ban...

Seems as though you still need to delete the post. I've done the global ban and had to delete the user's post. I also deleted a post from another person who just perm banned the user.

I am starting to wonder if that Passport ban really works. It seems like every time I go to use it the person already has a permanent ban.
