Phantom Songs

I've been having some issues with Groove Music. First it was the fact that it no longer plays music in the background (that made me want to punt my laptop across a field...into a fire) but before that a selection of my songs was duplicated and put online. Those exact songs are still available offline but now have duplicates in my songs, albums, artists, etc., and it looks like all the playlists that have those songs have replaced the offline versions of the song with the online only version.
I am very frustrated by this, as you can imagine. Screenshots below.
