Phone call question

Whenever I receive a phone call A voice comes on telling me who the call is from. How can I stop this from happening or is it because of Cortana.

Settings > Ease of Access

There are some settings there that will cause caller ID to be read allowed.

Also check Settings>Speech if your text messages are being read aloud. This function can be set differently for Bluetooth and headphone connections.

Thank you for your help I did have something turned on in the ease of access.
