Phone insider_(Help)

I have installed phone insider on my phone.
But I don't know what to do after that.
Can anyone tell me what to do after installing the app(phone insider).
Please help.

Go to App list. Navigate to Phone Insider app. Long press on it. Hit Uninstall. Lock your phone.

The app doesn't do anything at the moment, so there isn't anything you can do.

Its an App for Windows Phone Insiders aka Microsoft Employees or development teams, there's nothing u can do with it :/

Methinks there's gonna be a lot of pissed off people when the Insider thing does come out...this isn't going to be anywhere near as Ready for Prime Time as the PfD was...
