phone is stuck

I just downloaded the new lumia black for 920 however when my phone turned back on i cant access anything like messages or settings as it just says loading and then freezes??? please can someone help.

Hold the power button and volume down buttons together for 20 seconds or so until you feel the phone buzz. Let got of the buttons and the phone will restart.
